Terms and Conditions

 

1. **Identification of the Parties**:

  - **The Hotel**: Maramara

  - **The Guest**: An individual or legal entity with legal capacity, with specified address and RFC and/or official identification.


2. **Purpose of the Contract**:

  - To provide lodging services as defined in the Registration Card, which specifies the characteristics and costs.


3. **Service Price**:

  - The total price for the lodging service is as indicated in the Registration Card.


4. **Payment Terms and Method**:

  - Payment can be made in cash, debit/credit card, or bank transfer in person or via booking providers such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.


5. **Check-In and Check-Out**:

  - The room will be ready for your arrival by 3:00 PM and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the departure day. 


6. **Additional Services**:

  - Additional services not included in the Registration Card must be authorized by The Guest and charged separately. Food and beverage services are included only if specified in the Registration Card.


7. **Obligations of the Parties**:

  - **The Hotel**: Fulfill the contract, provide a reservation confirmation, and maintain liability insurance.

  - **The Guest**: Comply with the contract, make agreed payments, and adhere to the hotel's internal regulations.


8. **Internal Regulations**:

  - Use of the hotel's facilities is subject to the hotel's internal regulations, which should be available in the room. The Guest must be aware of and accept these regulations.

 

Maramara is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a $250USD room cleaning fee. 

Maramara does not accept pets at this time. The only exception to this policy is for pets acting as service animals and with the proper accreditation and/or supporting documentation.

Any property or room damages which you have caused or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. Pre-existing damages or room issues should be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges. 

The hotel does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.

The hotel does not take responsibility or accept liability for personal bodily injury sustained by guests on the property including use of gym, pool, or any other areas within the property.

No firearms or weapons are permitted on the property.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by adults in common areas such as the pool, terraces and other public areas at all times.




9. **Cancellation Policy**:

  - Cancellation without charge is allowed within 5 days of signing the contract. After this period, a specified penalty will apply as outlined in the contract.


10. **Termination and Penalties**:

  - **Termination**: May occur due to non-compliance with contract terms by either party, unauthorized charges, or violations of hotel regulations.

  - **Penalty**: A penalty of 20% of the service price (excluding VAT) will be imposed for non-compliance. The affected party may choose to enforce the contract or terminate it.


These points summarize the obligations, rights, and procedures established in the contract to prevent disputes and ensure compliance between The Hotel and The Guest.
